International Orders – Returns & Exchanges
We sincerely hope you love your AESIR STUDIOS purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Please contact us at info@aesir-studios.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and ship the item back within 7 days after our confirmation.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return costs
Returns are not free of charge. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items. Original shipping fees and import duties/taxes are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Defective items
If you receive a defective item, please email us within 1 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect before sending it back. Once we receive the item, we will refund your return shipping cost (up to [standard shipping rate]) and offer a replacement or full refund.

Please include your order number inside the package and mark the parcel as “Returned goods”.

Delivery note
We ship from our warehouse in Ho chi minh city. Import duties may accrue depending on your country. Import taxes will be paid by the buyer.
For domestic order (Vietnam):
We sincerely hope you are happy with your AESIR STUDIOS purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you a voucher of the total sum (excluding shipping cost) providing the goods are returned within a 2 day period in an unworn and unused condition. (after receiving your parcel). The voucher is valid within 30 days.
Pleas note that there are no returns and exchanges on Sales Items.

Please also note that returns are currently not free of charge and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. The shipping cost for exchange products will be paid by the customer as well. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.
In case you received a defect product. Please send those products back to us. After we received the defect product the return shipping cost will be paid refunded by us.
